Winemaking Process

The fermentation takes place in vats, macerating for 15 days at 28 ° C. Finalized, the wine decanted naturally based on several racking. Subsequently they passed to American oak barrels where 30 months of aging begins. By manual racking finally it stabilizes and clean wine naturally, after passing the bottle for 3 years where the wines end to achieve the elegance and softness which characterizes them.

Tasting Note

A wine made from the highest quality grapes from the best vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. Matured in American and French oak casks for 30 months. The wine is decanted by hand to stabilise and clarify in naturally. Once in the bottle, the wine begins to achieve its characteristic elegance and silkiness. The nose offers balsamic and spicy notes over o menthol background. Harmonious and elegant in the mouth.
