The fermentation takes place in vats, macerating for 15 days at 28 ° C. Finalized, the wine decanted naturally based on several racking. By manual racking finally it stabilizes and clean wine naturally, after passing the bottle for 3 years where the wines end to achieve the elegance and softness which characterizes them.
