The grapes for Luis Alegre Reserva grow on vines owned by the winery with an average age of 40 years. All the processes, from start to finish use traditional methods of production. At the winery, Luis Alegre Reserva is fermented and macerated with its husks in 12,000kg stainless steel tanks. After these processes, Luis Alegre Reserva is transferred to Quercus oak barrels from different European forests (France, Hungary and Croatia). Luis Alegre Reserva remains in the barrels for 17 months before being aged for another 18 months in the bottle.

It has a good mid-palate taste, and a long finish
