Vinified by the young man of the family, Juan, who fuses innovation with tradition, enjoying the familiar wisdom and privileged formation. Harvest third week of September. Traditional winemaking with despalillado and cold maceration with skins for 18 years. Two daily rallies at the start and one soft during the last days.
Very high layer, intense cherry cherry, with aromatic irisations. Tears dense, timidly stained and with a faint fall. Aromas of forest fruits, berries, raspberries, currants. They emphasize the shades of fresh strawberries on a curtain of red fruits. Powerful and fleshy, with a balanced entrance with a balanced acidity. A broad aftertaste that leaves the purest memory of red fruit with a jovial and fresh character.
Combines excellently with varied tapas, meats, stews, vegetables and typical dishes of the country.
